Account access
KeystonePro for iPhone uses your existing organization’s KeystonePro account. If you need an invitation, cannot access your organization, or cannot see an assigned project, contact your organization’s KeystonePro administrator.
Use your organization’s account to sign in. Creating an account and purchasing a business subscription are handled outside the iPhone app.
Photos, voice, and location
The camera is used for project photos and room capture. Microphone access is used for voice recordings, and location access supports site check-in. Review these permissions in your iPhone’s Settings if a feature cannot access what it needs.
Voice recordings and their transcripts are part of the project capture workflow. If a recording or upload has not finished processing, check the status in the app before assuming it is saved to the shared project.
Room scans
The app requires iOS 18 or later. Room scanning requires a LiDAR-equipped iPhone. Photos, voice notes, and other supported features can be used without LiDAR.
Reopen completed room scans from your project library. If a scan is still uploading or awaiting confirmation, keep its original capture and use the status and retry options shown in the app. Do not delete the app or its local data as a troubleshooting step.

For organization access and project assignments, start with your KeystonePro administrator. When describing an app issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, what you were doing, and any error message or request ID shown.
Never send your password, sign-in codes, or payment-card details. Remove customer information from screenshots before sharing them.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, contact privacy@keystonepro.com. If your organization controls the records, we may direct the request to its administrator.
